Fast and polite service. I filled out an online form to have my prescriptions transferred from another location and it was done all in the amount of time I would have likely sat in the drive thru or stood in line at any other pharmacy. So glad to have you in the area.

My husband & I recently are retirees & recently moved to Indigo at Carolina Forest which we love! After making inquiries we chose Carolina Forest Pharmacy (CFP)for several reasons: 1. The CVS pharmacies near us did not carry my Husband’s blood thinner medication, and told me to call another CVS - no mention of ordering it for him. 2. Not impressed with the lackadaisical attitudes of employees at other pharmacies. 3. We no longer drive and need a pharmacy that will deliver regularly. 4. Every conversation with an CFP employee (all by phone) was super pleasant and they were eager to help. When a problem occurred with filling a prescription the CFP employee suggested that I bring my insurance cards to the pharmacy, but since we don’t drive that was not possible. At their suggestion I made phone calls to our insurance provider and Optimum Rx. Finally it was suggested that CFP call Optimum’s Pharmacy Help Line. That afternoon there was a knock at our door; An employee of the Carolina Forest Pharmacy had come to photograph my insurance cards & told me my prescription would be delivered the next day. WOW! What THOUGHTFUL & AMAZING SERVICE!! I highly recommend the Carolina Forest Pharmacy!!!

Came in to get a compound (1-2 day wait time) The staff was extremely friendly, assuring, and very helpful answering all of my questions and teaching me some stuff. Turns out about 3hrs later the issue i had basically fixed itself, atleast to the point i didnt need the compound anymore. Called them up, and got a refund, no questions asked. They brightened my day both times i came in, i highly recommend these guys.

This place is amazing. I love coming here. They genuinely care to help you and the service is so personable. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. Better than any other chain pharmacy. So glad they are in my community.

I absolutely love Carolina Forest pharmacy. I recently moved close to their location and started using them about a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I've made. All of this stuff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and compassionate. To make things even better within a certain radius of the store they will deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays. You truly don't find places like Carolina Forest pharmacy anymore. I would refer anybody to them ☺️

My husband and I have chosen Carolina Forest Health and Wellness pharmacy when our other mom and pop closed with no notice. Janice, the owner/pharmacist is always pleasant and informative should I have a question. All of her employees are so kind and professional which is a plus compared to Walgreens and CVS who never greet you with pleasantries. Carolina pharmacy has free delivery and also will run your prescriptions out to you car should need be! We highly recommend this pharmacy and it’s next to Food Lion which is another perk! They will be our go to pharmacy always!! Thank you all in advance for the support and help you have always provided to us!

Great pharmacy and friendly staff. I don't have to worry about anything. Everything is on auto fill, they contact the doctor when a script runs low, they let me know ow when its ready. All I have to do is pick it up.
